MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied with your candle, you may return it within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund so long as it is unburned and in the same condition as it was received. Customers are responsible for return postage and packaging. Please see below Returns and Refunds sections for more information.

RETURNS
You may return any unused candles within 30 calendar days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return postage and packaging. Please contact us to initiate your return. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES
Please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery if you received a damaged product. We will request photos of the item to verify the damages. We are happy to reship your candle if stock is still available. Otherwise, we will issue a refund.

INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
Please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery if you received an incorrect product. We will request photos to verify the incorrect shipment. We are happy to reship your candle if stock is still available. Otherwise, we will issue a refund.

If the provided mailing address is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us immediately to ensure the address is updated prior to shipping. We are not responsible for delivery to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges at this time. You will need to return your item(s) and place a new order.

REFUNDS
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to inspect any returned items and/or issue a refund. We are only able to refund your original form of payment. Please note refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
